The departments of the 19th AStA introduce themselves!

Vorstand

Moin, we are Ali and Anika (both architecture) and we form the leadership of the 19th AStA! In addition to coordinating the departments and communicating between students and the administration, we are your contacts for all your concerns and requests. As the finance officer, Anika also takes care of all financial matters and keeps an eye on the student budget.

CampusKultur

We are Mira (Architecture) and Nico (Urban Planning) and as the Campus Culture department we take care of our social interaction, for example in the living room and the study rooms. We make sure that the self-managed rooms are kept tidy by us students and try to make our university a better place.

Hochschulpolitik

Hello, we are Ben and Niklas (both Architecture) and form the department of University Politics. We want to ensure effective communication between the committees and the administration and have, for example, brought the Inter-FSR back to life. We are also trying to establish new events such as a graduation ceremony at our university and stand up for more freedom for students.

Soziales

We are Jana and Arina (both KDM) and as the department for Diversity, Equality and Socials, we focus on the well-being of the students. We are on hand to advise you on any social issues, such as cases of hardship or discrimination, and organise lectures and events to promote diversity and solidarity at our university!

Internationales

Hey, we are Dayanna (REAP) and Sepehr (Architecture) and we form the International department. We look after our international fellow students and welcome Erasmus students. By offering integration, support and orientation opportunities, we want to strengthen the internationality of the HCU and ensure equality!

Veranstaltungen

Hi, we are Kerrin (KDM) and Magnus (Architecture) and we organise events such as terrace parties, FlunkyBallFridays or the semester party. As the events department, we make sure that students don’t miss out on the fun. If you have any ideas or suggestions for further events or would like to get involved, just get in touch with us!

Kommunikation

Hey, we’re Clemens (Urban Planning) and Maja (Architecture) and we form the department of communication. We keep you up to date on social media and by email and provide you with all kinds of information about the AStA. You will hear from us about all kinds of events, job offers and projects that might be interesting for you.

Gremienassistenz

Moin, I’m Riekje!
As the assistant of student committies I’m not part of a special department of the AStA, but I support the AStA board and the departments with special tasks, e.g. writing the minutes or re-stocking the softdrink refridgerator at the AStA office.
